Good to know

Can I use Ukrainian text?

Yes. PDFs include a font with Ukrainian Cyrillic support. You can write business names, descriptions and notes in Ukrainian or English.

How are taxes calculated?

You supply the rate. A single percentage tax applies after the invoice discount; the calculation is shown in the editor. This tool does not determine tax obligations or validate legal requirements.

Where are my drafts?

Local drafts stay in the browser where you saved them. Signed-in users can choose Save to account, then open the document from Account → Invoices on another device. Delete removes a saved copy; New invoice clears the editor.

Private by design

PDF generation and local drafts stay on your device. Choosing Save to account uploads the invoice and logo to your private account so you can open them on another device. Saved invoice content is encrypted in storage and accessible only through your account. There is no invoice-content analytics. Account exports include saved invoices; deleting your account removes them from the live database. Restricted historical backups are not erased immediately. Hosting logs contain ordinary request information, including IP addresses.
